CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • MixxedFit

    MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We incorporate bodyweight toning. You will perform effective bodyweight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body. All our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.

  • Zumba

    Dance, laugh and burn those calories! This vibrant, energy-filled calorie burning phenomenon brings the nightclub to you by fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves that will have you moving and grooving to a sexier shape!

  • Xtreme Hip-Hop

    A workout designed using step equipment that is suitable for all levels. This class is a gradual build of choreography and intensity, with an emphasis on lower body endurance with a segment focused on toning. Includes a combination of step aerobics and strength training using weights and/or your own body resistance. A great total body workout! Be ready to have fun and sweat when you come to class!

  • Specialty Classes

    These classes will be offered weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on instructor availability. They will include Latin Fusion, Line Dancing, Country Line Dancing, TikTok etc.

  • Parent/Tot

    Come have fun with your toddler while you both enjoy coordinated fitness. This class is designed to have the parent safely use the weight and flexibility of their child to take advantage of coordinated exercise, stretching and tumbling. A GREAT way to expend pent up toddler energy while assisting with parent fitness goals.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control and still the mind while providing fitness techniques like toning, stretching and muscle manipulation.

  • Light Aerobics Dance

    A light movement exercise routine that can be done sitting or standing, designed to start each morning with safe movements that get the body’s blood flowing without over-exertion. Perfect for any Adult with limited mobility who want a light workout.

  • Hip-Hop

    This class is a routine-based intro level hip hop fun upbeat experience. The songs range from current to old school rap/hip hop tunes.
